E.ON España has an installed farm of 3,000 MW in plants located in the communities of Andalucía, Aragón, Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla la Mancha, Castilla León y Cataluña.
It has two combined cycle plants in Tarragona and Escatrón (Zaragoza) that use state-of-the-art techniques, contributing to improvement of the environment. Currently, work is being undertaken to convert the two existing fuel-gas groups at the Bahía de Algeciras thermal plan to a combined cycle plant.
