Contract amendment

    To facilitate the processing of changes to your contract, we describe below the documentation that must be provided in each case:

    Start-ups (new and 2nd usage account)
    • Installation certificate  *
    • Eligibility certificate, 1st usage account permit or authorization from municipality, indicating activity (photocopy)
    • Title deed – Lease (photocopy)
    • National Identification Card (photocopy)
    • Bank account No. **
    • Articles of incorporation and power of attorney for signature (in the case of companies - photocopy)
    • National Identification Card of Representative and Taxpayer Identification Number (photocopy - for companies)

    Name Change

    • Installation certificate *
    • Opening permit/official letter from municipality, indicating activity
    • Title deed – Lease (photocopy)
    • National Identification Card (photocopy)
    • Bank account No. **
    • Articles of incorporation and power of attorney for signature (photocopy – in the case of companies)
    • National Identification Card and Taxpayer Identification Number (of representative in the case of companies - photocopy)

    Conveyance

    • Deed of conveyance signed by the outgoing and the incoming customer (A link will be created that would take us to the document that we are attaching so that it can be printed)
    • National Identification Card (of outgoing and incoming customer – photocopy)
    • Title deed – Lease (photocopy)
    • Document demonstrating the same activity to be engaged in
    • Bank account No. **
    • Articles of incorporation and power of attorney for signature (for companies - photocopy)
    • National Identification Card and Taxpayer Identification Number (for companies - photocopy)

    Subrogation

    • Photocopy of document indicating the causative fact < 6 months (death certificate, divorce decree, subrogation instruments, etc.)
    • Photocopy of National Identification Card
    • Title deed – lease (photocopy)
    • Bank account No. **
    • Articles of incorporation and power of attorney for signature (for companies - photocopy)
    • National Identification Card and Taxpayer Identification Number (of representative for companies - photocopy)

    Increase – Decrease in Capacity

    • Installation certificate  *
    • National Identification Card of contract holder (photocopy)
    • Articles of incorporation and power of attorney for signature (for companies - photocopy)
    • Photocopies of National Identification Card (of representative) and Taxpayer Identification Number (for companies)

    Contract Terminations

    • National Identification Card of the contract holder (photocopy)
    • Death certificate (in case the holder has died - photocopy)
    • Title deed – lease (photocopy)

    * You can obtain the low-tension electrical installation certificate (CIE) through your electrical installer. You must bear in mind that the capacity requested may never exceed the capacity allowed in the certificate, otherwise, you must provide us with a new one.

    **If the holder of the bank account does not coincide with the holder of the contract, you must provide a photocopy of the National Identification Card of both, together with the domicile authorization.

    In all cases, the procedures may be handled only by the holder or the duly authorized person.
